Our resident custom fabrication guru. Mark has built some of the most amazing demo vehicles in the world. Mark’s career started in 1984 as a car audio installer in Wyoming. His natural talents were quickly recognized, as he became a talented fabricator. Mark moved to Arizona in 1986 to become the Director of Training for Rockford Fosgate. Mark was responsible for the development and implementation of Rockford’s world famous RTTI (Top Gun) school. His training duties ultimately took him all over the world on behalf of Rockford. In addition to his training, Mark designed and built Rockford’s famous demo vehicles. His cars were featured in magazines and trade shows including SEMA and CES. Mark joined Mobile Dynamics in 2005 and today is in charge of the development and implementation of all lab activities.

Learn how to build fiberglass parts that look like they came from the factory. This hands on elective allows you to discover the tricks to making all the fiberglass pieces you’ve seen in the magazines and on TV. Learn how to turn your custom creations into money by creating molds from your originals.

The secret tool of all custom fabrications is the router. Let the experts show you how to build custom jigs for countless custom install projects. Router jigs are one of the most powerful custom install tools and ensure a perfect fit every time. As an extra bonus you will have access to all of our custom jigs. This is your chance to save hundreds of fabrications hours building all your own router jigs from scratch. Use our state of the art equipped shop to make copies for yourself.

If you want to take your installs to the next level metal fabrication is the answer. We’ll show you how metal can make your installs lighter and stronger. We’ll start with proper fabrication techniques to cut and shape metal parts. Next we’ll show you how to build jig fixtures to hold the parts for accurate welding. Next we’ll put you behind the wheel of one of our MIG welders. Finish by grinding and sanding to create a production looking part.
